We will arrange a detailed and up-to-date tenancy agreement and set up monthly standing orders for rent payments. We will also arrange an independent inventory and Check-in of the property on your behalf. Once your tenant has taken up occupancy we are able to assist you in the day to day aspects of managing your property through our “full management service”, which we highly recommend.
